Visiting Chicago for a short trip can surprise you in how much there is to do here. So much so that you might be tempted to stay longer and some people even decide to move here after one visit. I, myself, have come to Chicago many times to show my nieces and nephews around the Windy City. And each time I’m there, I know I want to return again and again. The question is though, how does one find a place for an extended stay in Chicago?

There are so many things to do in Chicago that one trip won’t be enough time to see it all. There are over 67 museums in Chicago for you to explore, including the Museum of Science and Industry and the Field Museum. Animals to marvel over at the Shed Aquarium and Lincoln Park Zoo. And there are so many fun things to do with kids, families, nieces, and nephews, or just being a kid at heart at the Navy Pier, Lego Store, or American Girl Store. For those who love architecture, take an architecture boat tour, take a ride to the top of the John Hancock Tower, or get your photo taken with the bean at Cloud Gate. These are only a few suggestions on what there is to do while staying in Chicago.
